There are two of us who feel the same about Templeton.

I am trying to see what you see. So this is the best i can come up with. What i feel is happening is that those who have an income and are above middle class are doing well. This group contributes to the fantastic fusion we have in our financial industry. An IRA is of absolutely no use if you do not make enough income. To make matters worse to reduce taxation theoretically one could take out a credit card and use those funds for the deduction that one gets with the IRA. I want to laugh as this is really creative deduct that you do not have.

Politically I read a blurb yesterday about Chinas 24 hour space mission being a spy mission. That group contributes to the governments defense system a few more blurbs like that and our costs to protect ourselves will increase. So huffing and puffing to blow their house down will start offence jobs will increase.

Medical Insurance cost have sky rocketed and the loop of buying drugs from Canada that some senior have used is being closed. Canada does now not have adequate drugs for Canada so only the surplus can be sold. The seniors will be covered here I hope and that will be government package.

This is the fantastic fusion of our financial industry going to work.

It means inflation and deflation remains the job given too the working poor.

Now Searle here is where I could be dead wrong. You stated political system change. If you have two people working in the unit and both have high pressure jobs it is my belief that political issue take a very back road seat. The increase in the working poor will tend move towards a social system. The problem with that is that costs will increase in government so long range either way the dollar is fragile.

Which dollar does one buy Searle as when there is a run on dollars it creates pressure on the economy of that nation. The Yuan if it numerically increases to much will throw all of China in a sewer as the average income in China is around $700 US a year. China would be in for inflation when her growth is not broad enough to adjust to the increase in costs that will infiltrate the all of her nation.

Canada too has huge pressure on her exports her imports are increasing. The slightest change in her budget and you will know that she is under stress. The Euro has the same problem and the dark horse could be the rouble. This is why it is so darn hard to discount gold at this particular time.

I am not a genius but the pressure placed on each unit of currency to me is just immense right now. Honestly every time i sit down and think i come up with the same darn answer all currency is at risk. Most assuredly this has something to do with my lack of genius.

Searle> US Dollar:

"This chart makes any official that utters the words, "Strong Dollar Policy," a total fool. This is a chart that if it was at the foot of your hospital bed would announce your unfortunate demise. No technical rally here is going to reverse the Death Wish that this chart represents.

Yes, it's a death wish because the US triple deficit is not reversing and those that have structured a plan that removes the asset base from this currency are sending it to the ash can." Jim Sinclair
