Well of course it is all about military use, just like our own "space" program is and was sold to the public as a race vs the Soviets to the moon. Take it a step further, remember "atoms for peace" and the whole push for the nuclear industry? It was all about the waste to make plutonium into war-heads, as fast as possible, and yet again, we had to beat the Soviets.... Another Madison Av. con job.... Hey, instead of putting all the blame on Clinton, how about the greedy ceo's that circumvented US law?
