Very good points. Of course, there is evidence that they were taken out of country. That is what Kay was told by some informants. He was able to verify the shipments, but not the contents.

Everyone asks why, if Saddam had them, he didn't use them. To me, the answer is simple: he was afraid that the United States would annihilate Baghdad if he pulled something like that. After all, he would not have hesitated to retaliate with full force if it were his decision...........
