A. "It is nice to see some consolidation above $14 but today is options expiration and I do not foresee a pop over $15 until at least next week."

Surprisingly stable at $14.30 given all the volume...Here's hoping it's establishing a lainching pad for a PM launch!

B. "I am holding my Jan. 15's until next week. There has been too much of a run-up in the indexes lately. It would be nice to see AMD hold its own if the indices gave back a little before their fourth quarter pop. There's little economic data out next week as well. Nothing of importance until the next Fed meeting."

All kinds of good news to emanate from AMD, particularly around AMD64 OEMs and this new notebook...No chance that I'm trading out of my Jan 15's 'til $20 or better!

C. "There is almost always a little upward movement after options expiration."

Agreed...I may have to take delivery if we don't get that pop soon!
