Borb,
what do you mean by "adjustment" ?? Do you mean correction, or do you recommend selling japanese equities or do you mean exchaning export oriented stocks for domestically oriented shares ??

Frankly, I'm very bullish for Japanese firms at the moment..
my hottest stocks with great midterm potential and still cheap entry points are right now:

4004.J - Showa Denko KK - Makes alumina, high tech materials, harddisc surfaces, compound semi wafers, medical equipment etc.. - around 215 Yen - EPS around 10 Yen, PE 20, PSR 0.20 - US and Canadian peers like Alcan or Alcoa have risen steadily on firming commodity prices.. Compound semi and material science are a great extra here and always good for a breakthru surprise (see JEOL and their nanogate capacitor)

2598. J - Asahi Softdrinks - 575 Yen - around 16 Yen EPS this year (2003/12), but 84 Yen next year.. Psr still only 0.16 - a steal IMHO.. Best beverage company pick in Japan right now according to Tokyo gossip..
