I can see the difference but I think you are positioning it wrongly.

You accused mojo of doing some harmful action for example. You were never able to justify your position but you would not let go of it either.

I don't believe people can claim a Freedom of Consience that incorporates permission to act in a harmful way toward others.

I made that same discussion somewhere in this, when I was stating my understanding of freedom of conscience at the start of the last round, and Neo seemed to accept the distinction, at least he didn't give me an argument about it.
