the only things about askj to be aware of imho are 1) they own teoma a very strong search engine that once was discussed as a rival to google, 2) they have a relationship with google which may cause money from paid placement, 3) some 2nd tier analysts have just raised targets to high 20s

If you do short I would get out before their quarter. It could go either way.

I didn't know askj got teoma. I no longer think the company is junk.

I can't really think of anybody I would short here, the problem is this consolidation took out the really easy shorts. The companies that seem outrageously expensive like Juniper are held up by so many shorts the valuation is irrelevant. Maybe a retailer like target might be a good short.
