I don't know what "failures" you're talking about, let alone take responsibility. Bush deserves credit for holding our country together in the face of a recession that was worsened by 9/11, enacting policies that are bringing us out of the recession, toppling the Taliban in Afghanistan and hobbling al Qaeda, removing Saddam, and putting together a Homeland Security system from scratch in the course of just a little over two years. Monumental feats, most of which are still in the works. Failures?
