After 3 years, still blaming Clinton for Bush's fiscal policies. I don't think that will sell. It was Bush's tax cuts and he admits they are 25% of the current deficit. Problem is we have a long term structural deficit equal to 25% of the budget. Even after economic recovery and even after spending cuts, the deficit remains. That is irresponsible.
