Democrats are clearly protecting the taxpayers now, or trying to. Ironic that they used to be called the tax and spend guys. Now they're the fiscal conservative moralists standing up for the people. More and more Republicans are joining them too. This 87 billion is mostly unacounted for. It's a huge blank check. No one really knows where the money goes. That's why we need real leadership to FIND OUT, and to get rid of the Bushies in 2004 before they bankrupt us.
