I believe the 'fiscal conservative / social liberal' Republicans will welcome him... but across the dividing line in the GOP, the 'fiscal liberal / social conservative' ones will not find him so pleasing. As to the other conjugations, there are few 'liberal / liberal' representatives... and only a small cadre of 'fiscal conservative / social conservative' members - and these last will have the most difficult time deciding their feelings about him. Perhaps it will be issue-by-issue with them.
