The VXN and PUT/Call ratios are near their low indicating a "Sell off" is likely. This obviously agrees with your prediction.

Could prove to be the "pause that refreshes", but it could be sharp and scary. But I'm betting that it would be time to buy when some of those longer term support levels are hit. A further bull rather could be facilitated by a rapid re-entry of Iraqi oil into the global market:

Depends on how a decline evolves (if it does). If the market does follow through on Friday's decline, the 50 day EMA is close to a gap at around $33.45, so that could be it. This market has been incredibly strong and steady, so I'm not looking for a big decline at this point (although I am 50% short so I would love to see a big decline).
