not really making excuses...Mike should have pointed it out to you directly.

As a vendor I felt compelled to help him out...cause it really isnt his fault. Its Nasdaq and their screwy way of delivering this data. Its also the SEC for not providing a time frame for integration.

Some vendors have done the work and some have not. Its as simple as that. But there is nothing wrong with the way Qcharts/SP is doing it. Its perfectly legal and legitimate as far as Nasdaq is concerned...L2 is technically only Nasdaq Market Makers - the rest of them pulled out. The SEC has realized that for transparency purposes somebody screwed up - but didnt realize that technically it is complex to get vendors to do the work...

latency issues are something else entirely...and your right to cancel their service is your option...

I dont want to argue - just want to make sure everyone is educated about the issue. I have followed this debate for some time.
