Then tell the country and the world their thoughts. I feel better after reading it. He seems to be rational, and understand we will do him in if he pushes it too far. His achilles heel seems to be that he cannot survive without aid. Can we turn it off and get the NGOs to stop helping him? If we can I now think it would be worth a try. He does not seem to be the type who would want to go down like Hitler. But he obviously knows how to "play" us.
