I agree 110%. All else is details.

One of the details is, protection for property rights has to also include land reform, or it just solidifies control by the landed gentry (who stole it by force, generations ago). Protection for free enterprise has to include protection for the small businessman, the small capitalist, the guy who owns just a few shares. Otherwise, the Robber Barons will steal it all.
