Whenever a polity or a culture that co-exists with Jews is in trouble, like Germany was in the '20s and '30s and the Islamic world is now, it seems that the easiest explanation is "blame the Jews!" instead of sober reflection Malaysia co-exists with Jews? How? It's worse than old-fashioned anti-Semitism. Jews are now supposed to be magicians controlling the whole system, so you can blame them even if there aren't any within a thousand miles.
