Where do you see short term interest rates headed between now and the election.

Not the 10 yr or the 30 yr bond but fed fund short term rates. Is there ANY chance of a hike between now and the elsection? If so, any more than 1/4?

Any chance for a rate cut next summer if sh*t hits the fan and greenspan pulls out all stops to get Bush re-elected?
