For starters at should have been on TOP of THE MAP of Bush. Instead he cut off and stopped talking to them. Combination of diplomacy, cajoling and force.
Bush lacks diplomacy (everyone agrees with me on this one, I hope). Cajoling is not in his nature. Force is... but against Iraq (instead of Iran and NK) ????

Remember that roughly 10 million South Koreans (in Seoul) live within striking distance of North Korean artillery (and their nuclear weapons - if/when they have/had them).

Very amusing. Remember that is the very reason why we attacked Iraq? Because millions of people in neighboring countries (as well as the US) were within striking distance of Iraq's weapons (and their nuclear weapons - if/when they have/had them)...
