The number of national leaders, and common people around the world, who think Mahathir speaks Truth, is far larger, than the total who think Sharon or Bush speak Truth. That's a reality which needs to be dealt with. Calling it "drivel" is not an effective response.

If everybody believed it, it would still be drivel. That so many believe something that can be refuted by a moment's thought (eg. why don't the Jews use their world-wide rule to get themselves a better press?) is a symptom of the magical thinking that holds the Muslim world in sway.

Nationalism is a reality, perhaps the core reality of international relations

What does believing in the Protocols of the Elders of Zion have to do with nationalism?

Jacob,

An effective response would be to boycott any Malaysian products and stop investing in any companies doing business with Malysia.

This strategy worked in South Africa and should do well in similar cases of outright racial bias.
