Martin Luther had made anti-semetic statements. That is a historical fact.

He also is also one of the most influential people of the last thousand years. He did much to reform Christianity from the dark ages and corruption of the medieval Catholic heirarchy. Civilization owes him a lot.

I do not condemn the USA for having a president that owned slaves. George Washington was more than a slaveowner.

Martin Luther was more than just an anti-semite. He also died well before 1945. Remember anti-semitism lost respectability in 1945.
