Wow Bill. You're pretty good at hardball. :) Comes from running a small business. I used to farm out my Cabinet making and installing to other Contractors. I would provide the material, they would put up the overhead and labor. I would warn them when I made the deal that they would be tempted to go behind my back and try to make and sell cabinets for my customers and others with my materials. Twice in a five year period I showed up at their shops with trucks and laborers. I had my guys load up my materials while I explained to shop owners that I had caught them cheating.
