I have read boondocks since it's inception. Very uneven strip. Of course, I read my comics at the WP URL, so when they announced the block, I just went to another source.

The thrust of the strip this week was the kids finding out the Rice would prefer a black boyfriend, and being surprised at this. Pretty tame. The strip is basically a poor man's doonesbury.

I am not surprised at the lesbian slur. She is so glued to Bush's side that I expected some slurs that way.
