Significant observation Bob, good catch. <g> I thought your post on the BPI studies were great. Almost moved them to the Xoma Club so they would be available for future reference but no one cares.

No I have not yet bought any Xoma back. When Xoma itself shows it has as much interest as we do in BPI I might reestablish a position.

I still feel Xoma is led by the Wall Strret "experts", instead of telling them clearly what is best for Xoma and not taking no for an answer. Think Equity should not have been allowed in the underwriting group or Xoma should have postponed the offering. True, I don't know the details but I just see no evidence Xoma management is in charge of crucial decisions and believe it relies on what the dealers tell it is best.
