Horrible as Bush is, the worst President by far was Woodrow Wilson IMHO. After getting elected on a pledge to stay out of war he maneuvered the nation into a totally unnecessary war with Germany that cost over 100,000 US lives and helped set the stage for Hitler.

Back then Congress was not bought like it is today. Now it takes years to get an independent investigation going on anything, if one ever gets going. Bush is laughing his head off because he is defacto dictator accountable to no one.
