So Soros is shorting the dollar? Sounds like a sound investment strategy to me. The Bush administration seems perfectly willing to let the dollar slide, if you listen to John Snow, the Treasury secretary. Of course the reason the dollar is sliding is the fiscal insanity of the Bush administration. Soros is just acting on reality. He wasn't shorting the dollar during the CLINTON administration.
