Yes, it sounds dysfunctional. That might be the result on inconsistent "parenting" over the last 20 years, rather than the last 2.

because of clintons failed policy in NK, kim had his chance to build nukes.

Thank goodness we have a President that is not out selling our technology to the Chinese and will deal with NK in the proper manner.
