Just a few facts that the Repubs like to deny...
Since Hoover's term, you take the %of job growth for every Republican prez and you get a total growth of 19%. Yes....19% since the 1920's. Now take the total growth percentage for the Democratic terms during this time frame and you get a growth of about 120%.

So what is Shrub answer to this problem of no jobs...Yep! Give the Walton heirs a free $500,000,000.00 a year tax break on their stock holdings. Now that will create jobs!!!

Kerry has a better plan. Don't try for everything at once in terms of national health care and doing away with middleclass tax cuts ($1,100 to a family with kids is no crumb though for those without kids it's admittedly very little) but phase things in gradually, a much more realistic goal, especially if the GOP continues hanging onto congress.

Actually, Kerry and Dean are pretty similar in terms of their plans. The real difference between them is electability. Kerry's war hero status immunizes him from most Bushie atacks. Dean's statements like "Hamas are soldiers" play right into Karl Rove's hands.

new Hampshire polls show Dean and Kerry both have 67% approval ratings. Therefore the 10% Dean lead could easily flipflop to Kerry. If Kerry closes the gap in New Hampshire or even wins, Dean is finished. Not that he won't continue but with all the party powers against him, Dean cannot possibly overcome his built-in disadvantage. I'm glad ebcause if Dean is nominated we'll probably get Bush II.
