just ship it yourself. But pack it very carefully. You can buy boxes specifically for wine shipping at a lot of shipping stores.

Little wineries like some of the Firestone brands are fed up with the stonewalling on the laws by misc. state legislatures and their staff are just shipping stuff out one by one.
