Unfortunately for the people of the region, a two state solution will not foster peace, it only separates warring factions, and in my mind will only foster continued hatred. In the two state solution, tourism will not flourish, and this "natural resource" alone would bring more dollars to the economy than Iraq's oil reserve is worth. Imagine being able to visit the holy city of Jerusalem on one day and then head to the beach at Gaza the next for some surfing? If the people got it together they could make this the most important destination in the world. Sad that a small group of greedy war mongers keep this from happening. It would bring much needed joy to the middle east. Orca
