Petulantly he refused to let someone talk to another petulant leader" The reason that Clinton did not order the bombing of North Korea's reactors, is because he is not a stupid man. It would be like Waco, except involving millions of people. Would you have the "gonads" to risk the deaths of 20 or 30 million Koreans and Japanese, by taking out a North Korean reactor? Even without nuclear weapons, North Korea could kill hundreds of thousands, maybe millions, in Seoul with conventional artillery.
