Did you play Dodgeball much!? That was your best way out of the mattter! Too bad it fooled nobody!

When one tells you he/she is an atheist, it says absolutely nothing about his "moral compass" so your previous remarks were empty insults which only led to laughter. When someone tells me he/she is a theist, I know nothing about their "moral compass". They might believe that only Jews have souls. They might believe that blacks are agents of Satan. They might believe in hanging. They might believe in free love.

If, however, you tell me you're a Christian then it invites me to discuss your moral compass, although it is still rather vague. Your remark that Communism was steering by the "moral compass" of atheism was factuous and insulted a lot of very great people whose "moral compass" you could not hold a candle to.

I already explained that atheism is no intrinsic advocate of any Government, as it has no creed.

I also suggested you might "launch some misdirection and obfuscation"! You are quite predictable, after all!

All atheists have a moral compass. Some atheists, such as Humanists (and Communists), have a moral creed. An atheist is simply a theist with a "not" in front of it. Don't insult prople by trying to make it into a moral (or immoral) movement.

You can say that atheism cannot lead to moral Government--just as theism cannot. But Humanism can--just as certain forms of Christianity (for instance) could. There is no need for you to insult all the great and benevolent atheists who have laboured in Government and in private to benefit the poor, the sick, and the afflicted...in moral issues large and small.

Humanism and secularism are mostly creeds which include atheism as a tenet. But atheism is not the creed. Likewise we do not blame theism for immoral and cruel regimes that held belief in God as a tenet. We blame the creed. We do not blame theism for justifying slavery for centuries; we blame the particular creeds (Islam, Christianity, etc.). Theism and atheism are not moral creeds; they are naked and singular beliefs about a single solitary matter--the existence of God.

Please respond as a gentleman--or not. I am going out to play.
