As I recall back in 2001 the epicenter was in Afghanistan. Now the selected one has been very successful at moving the epicenter of terrorism from the poppy growing center of the world to the center of the world's oil reserves.
Shrewd move by the selected one....he has increased dramatically the world's oil reserves to terror attacks.
