Darleen > Snow could very well want to raise rates it would slow down housing as well as make it more costly to invest elsewhere

As long as I am printing money hand-over-fist, and I am, I couldn't give a damn what the interest rates are, what the exchange rate is, what the gold price is, how many jobs leave the US, etc etc.

I print as much as I can and the market decides what everything else is worth. (Of course, I do nudge it here and there. Nudge, nudge, wink, wink). That's called a "free market economy".

And, if anything untoward happens that I don't like I will tell a few little fibs. I mean what's a little fib between friends?

Templeton feeling bearish

The legendary investor predicts the U.S. dollar will lose 40 percent of its value. (He called it right in 99)
