Rush is wrong and lies a lot. I have heard him claim things which are just wild-wild spin, totally untrue, turning things inside out to suit his political purposes. He will find ANY way to make himself look right, even if everything he supports goes down the toilet. And he will always blame someone else for failures, mainly democrats. All black and white to him. He lives in a parallel universe which has nothing to do with reality. Yet tens of millions thin what he is saying is true. It's a big part of the problem of where we are today. We cant do the right thing in many cases because Rush types insist on their narrow way of thinking.

I don't take drugs and I despise the thought of taking them. I do wish that Rush would have been strong enough to fight off the addiction. I do not fault him for taking them and I understand how he became addicted due to the powerful substance that was prescribed to him. However, I do strongly believe that he should have sought help long ago. When his hearing was lost he should have stopped right then if not sooner. He is a very smart man and had to know what was coming. But at the same time I have problems myself. I know what I need to do but I don't do them.

Our fallen nature is hard to overcome.
