The official numbers of the state of California say it's not 50 percent. Where did you read 50 percent? Do you care if what you say is true or false? If you don't care, why should we listen to you? Why should anybody listen to you? If you read that pigs have learned to fly at supersonic speeds I guess you'll uncritically post that too. Arnold has given plenty of answers and will give plenty more as he goes along. I have given you a reasonable guess as to what those answers will be. All you can do is quiver that taxes have to be raised or, God forbid, the doubling of California state spending over the past decade will not be preserved.
