Hardball can be very tough on liberals. Matthews is in the middle. He loves Arnold, cant stand Davis, Kucinich or Anne Coulter, doesn't like Hillary, likes Dick Armey, John McCain, John Kerry, but gives everyone a fair chance and enough time to talk.

Matthews gave Kerry some very tough questions, all of which he handled with honesty and expertise, clarifying his positions. Anyone who says Kerry "waffled" on the war after seeing him just now are liars. Very clear and very correct.
Matthews played back Kerry's comments to The Citadel prior to the wr and proved John was 100% right from the beginning. War as a last resort only after building a broad coalition and pre-planning for the aftermath of the invasion. Right on, John. If only Bush had followed his advice the US would be stronger, richer and we'd have several hundred soldiers of ours still living.
