That's precisely what I was going to say in response to your first para. Feeding more money to a bureaucracy gives you a larger, more inefficient and slower bureaucracy.

And parents being involved in their kids educations, helping them, and pushing them is worth more than money. It makes the difference.

I usually vote for increasing my own taxes to fund the local schools.
I vote NO for the reasons cited above.

And I expect nothing form AS and I'm sure I won't be disappointed.
