Something has to break. You can buy a dump for 399,000 in parts of Northern California...? (yah with those 200,000 new jobs you can buy a house for 700K in the bay area).. I wouldn't trust anything the insurance guys are saying right now ...because nobody is getting paid .Pac Bell /SBC is going to strike..in january...Why do i care. Some day george bush will pull his head out of you know what. why do i care. why do i care...why..yes. the hills are alive...oh yes. i'm buying a house 19 months from today....so we start to crash...i dunno...january or so. :)
