"and where was the UN outcry when the Kuwaiti's then murdered and cut off the hands of those palestinains they caught afterwards" I haven't heard of this but if it is true, the reason why there wouldn't have been an outcry is that these weren't people driven off lands into refugee camps. These would be people who invaded another territory (like Israel did. Most likely the world would not object either if the Palestinians caught Israeli helicopter pilots, after firing rockets into an apartment building, and cut off their hands so they couldn't fly helicopters and commit more attrocities.
