' story.news.yahoo.com Nice guy, eh ... a real pillar of democracy ... the more i hear of this individual, the more i like his opposition But i bet Cadre gets the concessions, subject to fairly reasonable conditions, and they do a placement at a healthy figure, between now and spring .... 70-30 odds, maybe? .... it'll all be conditional on final project planning and financing of course, and take time, probably years to production, but there will come a speculation cycle before long .... big crosses could be the first clue, so i resolve to watch it once a day when possible .... maybe better practise up by watching paint dry
