I have posted that information several times as have others. It absolutely fails to sink in. Even conservatives sloppily speak of the "surplus" in the Clinton years. It is fascinating and disturbing to observe a whole nation laboring under this Clinton Surplus delusion. Kind of like mass hypnosis.

Try to explain that one to Kenneth! :^)
