Clinton had eight years to make changes, such as getting stronger doors for cockpits, having weapons available to pilots, having procedures in place on how to deal with a terrorist takeover. Clinton did nothing but soil an intern's dress and make the world a more dangerous place to live, by his complete lack of action and his destructive policies.
