It makes sense, but two comments. First, you're assuming that no person of faith has received feedback that supports their belief. Based on reports, which I recognize are anectodal but so in the end are all reports of what happens to people or what they observe, that is an incorrect assumption. Second, you're apparently not really an agnostic in the sense of throwing up your hands and saying I don't know so I'm not going to express a view. Your limitation seems to be degree of commitment, not opinion, which is a different thing. Nothing wrong with that. IMO, your view is more rational than that of agnosticism, which is where this discussion started.
