Large blocks most often are traded at the open or towards the close. Midday trades of that size for AMD are unusual, in my experience. Even more surprising to me is that the price has remained at $14.23/$14.24 since those transactions took place. (I'm guessing that won't be the case at the end of the day!)

If AMD closes up today, that will be 15 trading days in a row. Last down day was September 30.
