Mabiba Good work. The ability to do it without form mailings is a big plus. As to your point about the deadline, I would expect trading in the old shares to cease permanently at 4 PM eastern on Friday, Oct 31. How can you sell an issue that will be cancelled by the time the buyer is the legal owner? I don't think even the pink sheets thieves would ever try that. It appears that there will no trading in the common from 4 PM Friday until the new shares are credited to your account and that may OR may not be done late the following week. John
