A woman who does not want to be a mother at that point in her life when she finds herself pregnant WILL find a way to end that pregnancy, I assure you. If abortion is legal, that end will be in sterile conditions, and by a certified, able doctor. If not, it will be in some back alley, in dubious conditions, with the operation carried out by a crook. Or perhaps she will stick a long knitting needle into her womb (more frequently than you would like to know), doing serious damage to herself AND her baby. All in all, you just don't have the right to tell a woman when to have a baby. If conservatives such as yourself get their way and abortion gets outlawed in the US, they will go to Canada or Mexico to get an abortion. All you will have achieved is to increase risks to women who don't have the means to travel for this purpose, who will have to confide their lives to a witchdoctor in some back alley.
