I have changed nothing. All I said was that we had no idea how many arms circulated outside of supporters of the regime, prior to the war, nor any idea of how tight the security arrangements were. Add to this that the regime would not be likely to publicize all failed attempts at assassination, and one can infer nothing about his popularity from the fact that we don't have information on anything but attempted palace coups. Anyway, I am leaving for the evening, good night......
