Dean is not back up, he leads by 6% per another poll conducted at the same time. The race is tightening, but jno one really knows by how much. Most people in NH are3 undecided, but Kerry's approval ratings continue being higher than Dean's. I predict a tie, more or less. No way Dean has a 14% lead. He's been sinking not rising lately.
