THAT IS NOT A POLICY! Your assertion is akin to chiding someone for calling the police when they see Rush Limbaugh using Hilbilly Heroin. The caller isn't obligated to arrest Rush personally. The caller is only obligated to announce the crime to the authorities. That's what I'm doing; announcing that a crime has been committed. If you would like for me to present potentially useful but complicated solutions to complicated foreign policy problems, I'll oblige if given the proper venue. But the primary problem is that I'M NOT A POLICY WONK! My apologies for labelling you an apologist. CC
