Thank you.

Hi frankw1900; Re: "Carl, let me see if I've got this right. You're saying it's a bad thing for this Heck or Howell person to publish stuff that might support Dubya?"

No, My beef with them is that (a) their article gave a very biased view of the German occupation, and (b) they disseminated it in a way that gave people the impression that there was no relation to the Administration.

The "very biased view of the German occupation" was due to the fact that they presented only a single article. Any historian would laugh himself silly at that kind of evidence of a historical fact.

Re: "What if Heck or Howell was a Texas oil person who published stuff that did not support Dubya? Would it be OK, then, for Heck to publish stuff?"

If Heck Exploration wants to publish articles they're perfectly right to do so. But like Mobil Oil, they have to admit it when they are the author. Corporations do this all the time, and it's perfectly legitimate. What's not legitimate is a corporation pretending to be a girl.

The same applies to, for example, if the Democratic Party pretends to be a teenager. That's just wrong.

Re: "Anyhow Carl, I went and looked at the Jessica's Well website which, despite your comment about it running from the light seems to be definitely bright and shiny, and the folk putting it together appear to be a bunch of conservative zanies having a real good time."

Heck Exploration is the one that was "running from the light", Jessica's Well will run later.

Re: "Here's a list of blogs they connect to:"

Cool, I'll go through them one by one! Many thanks!
